– Data Processing and Training Integration: We process the data and integrate it with our standard training and onboarding materials, allowing you to see your own data during training. This step also takes about 2-3 weeks.
– Final Configuration: Before going live, we’ll make any requested modifications based on the training sessions. This final configuration phase takes approximately 2 weeks.
Your involvement is crucial in two key areas:
– Data Extraction: Extracting data from your ERP can take anywhere from a few hours to a day of IT effort, depending on whether you build the queries or use our extraction tools.
